It is highly recommended to
Download and Install either Microsoft Internet Explore 5 or
greater(Regardless of your WindowsLanguage) . Using
IE 5 or greater, you should automatically see the correct Arabic
Text from Menu click on "View" and then select "Encoding under
"encoding" point to "Arabic ISO" and select it. Having done the
above steps, you should now see the text in correct Arabic. The
system does this automatically for you
